Mephris (also called windboarding) is the single most played sport in the whole of Yophea. The Kingdoms United Mephris Organization (KUMO) coordinates the sport across the three realms of Keyvala, Susada, and Mesornalia. The sport most akin to it in our world is windsurfing, only with a few added rules.
Mephris is played most often on a lake with two docks bearing two large nets at either ends of it. Windboarders must sail through the opposing defenses to come within throwing range of their dock and whirl it in for a point. Whoever is in the lead at the end of the second half wins.
